Customer Question

Regards ***** ***** AARP Madicare part D. I am dropped from my healthcare RX. Claimed I did not pay in March of 2015. Since I paid twice in April, I paid the premium only for May. I received a letter two weeks ago I was no longer covered for my medications. Although I am still receiving reminder to pay. Since I did not know I was dropped, I continue to pay my premiums for April and May. I went to my bank and AARP MedicareRX was paid. I paid by bill payer. I always pay both the United Healthcare Medical insurance and the MedicareRX at the same time. United Healthcare was paid and I do not have problems with them. Now I am told I will have to wait until October to get back into MedicareRX. The person who take to my bank representative I should contact Social Security. Do I need to make an appointment to see some one at the Social Security Office?
