A SSI recipient has conducted a fraud. I have gotten a court judgement for damages.Can I collect the damages from his SSI?
Already Tried: I have attempted to contact Social Security and not received any response.

Unfortunately you cannot as SSI and other SS benefits are known as exempt assets and cannot be attached to enforce collection of a debt. Sorry. Thanks for undestanding.
