Hi, I am a 36 year old unemployed (2years unemployed) resident of cleveland,OH. I have just been refused for unemployment benefits in OH because I was found non-eligible (law requires previous 20 weeks of employment which I never had). My wife's gross income last year was 23,800. We have three children (oldest is 7years old). My Question is: Can I get any financial help from the SSA. (Me and my children are U.S citizens, Wife is green card holder). Thank you
