I have had my Social Security Hospiak since 1987; and my Medical since 1989.I now wish to apply for a Phamaceuical (Drugs) Plan. What will my penalty be, and to whom will this be apid?Thankk you.

Hello, you would pay whatever insurance provider you choose. Since you could not sign up until 2006 your penality would be approximatly be about 60%, I do not have access to the rates so I can not give you an exact number but cost would be in the $40 to $90 range per month depending on what program you choose.
