Already Tried: The bank said I need to contact Social Security to do this. If it can be done on line, OK, I have the necessary information to give you.
Hello, You can call Social Security during regular business hours and make the changes or if you have a password XXX can do it online http://ssa-custhelp.ssa.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/112/kw/changing%20banks. The beneficiary must do herself or it can be done by a person with a power of attorney on file. Thanks Tom
