JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: the model is the 5S. and I've only had it a week. I just need help getting the last ph # shifted to this new iPhone.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I attempted to do the transfer last Thursday. I think I entered the wrong phone company I have my wireless acct. with. I entered consumer wireless instead of consumer cellular ( I coulnd find)
