JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?

JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: maybe, i don't remen

Thank you. Have you tried to delete the yahoo account on your cell phone and then re-add it, and check?

And/or have you tried downloading / installing the app called Yahoo Mail, then see if you can use the Yahoo Mail app for accessing your yahoo email account?

- Also, if you'd like to, I can connect remotely to your computer, so that I can check / fix on your Yahoo account settings directly through your computer for you, then it will work on your cell phone.
