Initially, is a Micro-SIM card installed? ...has the Micro-SIM card been registered/activated? ...by which network/provider please?
Appreciate your kind understanding of automated system / machine generated ads & offers.
Have you tried calling 2534 (ALDI) from your ALDImobile or 1300 989 000 from any other phone ?
Have you tried another Micro-SIM card with the Samsung J1?
Or tried the Micro-SIM card with another phone?
Then post back results / observations of the above once tried when convenient.
