I downloaded the tracfone app so you could see how many minutes, data is available but when I click on it, nothing happens
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: It is a LG smart phone about 1 year old don't have the model nbr

Customer: It has been a few months but I am just getting around to solving this issue. I tried to download it again but still nothing

It is likely that the app did not install properly.

Please remove the app, restart your phone, then download the app again.

It depends on the model type and I see that you are not sure which model but try these steps:

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon .
  2. From the Apps tab, tap Settings.
  3. Tap Application manager.
  4. Tap a specific app.
  5. Tap Uninstall or Uninstall updates.
  6. Tap OK.
