I have just returned from Verizon ffoce where they were not able to assist me with finding out why my phone will not recognize my Sd card. the repr saw complaints online about the software, 6.0.1, which I havve. What is the next step?
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: i purchased it in summer 2016
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: if happened one in the fall. when I reinserted the sd card, it was fixed. It stopped seeing my sd card last week when I was viewing my photos. I have reinserted the card numerous times without success. I have purchased a new sd card, it is not recognized either.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The only otherr problem I am having with my phone is that I cann't take photos. it tells me I am running out of internal storage space.
