I am unable to send or receive e-mails on my phone or computer. My I-phone keeps requesting my Yahoo Password, which I have never had to do before.
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: Approximately one year old
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: About three or four days. Not much. I did not want to create more issues.
JA: Anything else you want the phone expert to know before I connect you?

You can use the self-service Yahoo Account recovery feature from your computer to retrieve this information.

Please go to the following site:

Sign-in Helper

Enter your email address. It will ask for you to identify yourself as owner of the account in some way (such as phone number, alternative email, etc...).

It will then guide you through the step required to reset it.

Once that is done, you should be able to sign into Yahoo Mail once more on your phone and computer.
