I just purchased a new iPhone 6s. I am having trouble with my Apple ID. I have reset the password. I have attempted to reset the security questions because someone else set it up for me and I don't know the answers they put in. I can't get it to let me reset the questions so I can complete verification and use my account
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: It's new. Just got it today. Not sure what the make/model means. It is iphone is a 6s plus
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just today. As I said I have reset the password. But when I try to reset the security questions it says it doesn't have enough information to allow me to do that
JA: Anything else you want the smartphone expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No..just need to access my iTunes account

I did. I got the same response. I was unable to reset them from there either

If you have already tried that you should contact Apple via the phone line. They will have to reset your whole account. Due to the high level of security attached to the request it is not something we can handle. Please reach out to they at 1-800-MY-IPHONE.
