I am trying to sync my Microsoft Outlook calendar with my IPhone. It shows it syncs but it does go too fast. Then, nothing new shows up on my IPhone calendar. HELP! Barb Spriggs
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: My IPhone is brand new. It is Verizon and it is the IPhone 7.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried a lot of different things and had this problem about 3 weeks ago. A technician was on the phone with me and finally worked it out. It worked for a while and just now doesn't work. Like I said, when I connect my phone to the computer, the ITunes shows that it is syncing but it goes really fast and nothing is added to the calendar on the phone.
JA: Anything else you want the smartphone expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The technician I worked with before did take access of my computer screen (with my permission). She realized I had tried everything on her checklist and she couldn't sync the two. Then she had me check my most recent version of ITunes. I didn't have the most recent. We downloaded the newest version of ITunes and everything worked.
