have a 9310 blackberry with a synchronization problem for the past 3 days. phone stays charged then shuts down have to recharge it now it is charged says contacts have stopped being synchronized between ***@******.*** andyour Blackberry device. go in contact apps and still no success.

Customer: I have had it approximately 3 years or longer
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: went to a shop called a to z wireless in El Cajon Ca and the lady tried all her tutorials and it would not work. Called a tech,could not understand him and decided to call you If there is a Blackberry repair shop in the San Diego I could contact?

I would at least make sure you delete, and re-add the email account by ensuring you are on Wifi first, instead of Cellular. If that does not work, then wipe the device, and try Wifi and Adding your account.
