On my iphone I have the following: ERROR: Please remove the book from your device and download it from your cloud items. If the problem persists, try to deregister your application and register it again., How do I do this?
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Iphone/3 weeks old
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None. Started about a week ago. Just had contents downloaded from another iPhone
JA: Anything else you want the ereader expert to know before I connect you?

I'm sorry about the issue. Are you having issue with kindle books on your iPhone?

Solution #1:

- On your iPhone, press and hold both the Power (On / Off) button and the Home button (which is located right below the screen) together for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears, then wait a bit, then check.

Solution #2:

- If that does not work, tap and hold on a book title, then remove it for now

, then open Cloud tap / option, then tap on that book title to redownload it and check.

Solution #3:

- If that still does not work:

  1. Open the Kindle app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the 3-bar icon (or gear icon) in the Kindle app.
  3. Tap on Settings if shown.
  4. Tap on option Update under the Registration
  5. Then tap the option Deregister this kindle, and confirm.
  6. Then register / sign back in your Amazon acount, and check.

Solution #4:

- If all fails:

  1. Press Home button (to go back to the home / main screen.)
  2. Tap and hold on the Kindle app icon until all the app icons begins shaking.
  3. Tap on the small "x" icon inside the Kindle app icon.
  4. Tap on Delete to confirm.
  5. Press the Home button.
  6. Open App Store app icon.
  7. Type / search for kindle then get / install the Kindle app.
  8. Open Kindle app and register / sign in your Amazon account.
  9. Then see if it works fine now.
