I am Samuel and I can help you.
Have you downloaded any new apps lately other then the update to ios 10?
Please try this:
it is the power button.
I am sorry no thank you to what?
Oh I see what you were saying. Those requests are not generated by me the are automatic. If as an expert I need you to reach out to me via a different platform I will personally let you know. Were you successful with my previous instructions?
It is the single small rectangular button found typically on the top of the phone to the right hand side.
Did you do it for 20 seconds per the instruction? This will help reset any rogue apps the may be causing the problem.
Ok fantastic did that help with the in call volume?
You could make a call of course. If you want to wait that is no problem also!
You are locked out as if you don't know or remember the password? Also how did you back up before via usb cable and itunes or with icloud
do you connect via usb to your mac? Also are you getting a message or error when trying to send photos now?
Does it say your photos are locked?
Bear with me I am researching the issue.
Go to the General settings and tap "Passcode Lock"and make sure "Simple Passcode" is off. If it is, try turning it back on & changing your Passcode to something that you will remember, and then turn it off again. Something may be hanging.
Please help me to understand. Is this the message you get: "Photos in the Camera Roll of "(your) iPhone" cannot be imported because the device is locked with a passcode. You must unlock the device to import them."
Is the message that I sent you b chance the message that you got?
Yes I do understand that. Thank you for the information. I am trying to find out if the error message:
"Photos in the Camera Roll of "(your) iPhone" cannot be imported because the device is locked with a passcode. You must unlock the device to import them."
is the error message you are getting?
Lol no problem!
ou can not cancel or ignore any messages which pop up when you first plug in your iPhone and ask "Trust this computer?". The correct reply is "Yes", not "Cancel".
If you cancelled it you can force the issue by having iTunes open when you next plug in your iPhone. Tell the iPhone that it can trust the your computer. Your photos can download into iPhoto again.
I was looking for additional information. The only other information I received is to do a full reset which I was trying to avoid. I am sorry I could not be of more help to you.
