Hello, I recently purchase a I-Phone 6S, rather it is an upgrade.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Sorry, I didn't mean to do that.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: O.K. I just now went to the Verizon store and explained to them that my account showed yesterday that I only had 10% left on my 8GB. Previously before this phone I had 10GB. The store sales person said it looked like my account didn't get close to 10 so we lowered it to 8GB. Long story short - I have upgraded to 12GB over the Internet this am. This afternoon I got an email that said I had 25% left. So I just got back from my Verizon store and they told me my Galaxy Tab (Samsung) has already used 6GB so that is what is drawing the usage. They suggested I contact you all and see why it is using so much. My cell phone number is(###) ###-####and we have a business account.
