My 6s has died. ( Per Sprint) Is there anyway to get my pictures?
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: I don't know. Where do I find the info? Also I saw a 1 year limited warranty?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: maybe in the last 2 or 3 weeks. When it tells me to update!
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: My son-in-law took it to the Sprint store and he worked with it for 20 minutes. Yesterday morning it just wouldn't come on after being charged up during the night.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
