It is new and I am new with apple. How do I get in sync with my aol email and get on the internet? I'm 65 and no longer high tech
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Its an iphone 6. I just got it last month
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I thought I bought a 6 but it says 5 on the back?
JA: Anything else you want the smartphone expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no. My aol keeps saying I have wrong password ***** which password ***** they want?

You can set that up by following the instructions below:
- From the home screen, tap the Settings icon and then tap the "Mail, Contacts, & Calendars" icon.

- On the next screen, choose to add a new account.

- Enter your AOL email address and password.

- Complete the setup.

Now you can access your AOL email by opening the "Mail" app on the iPhone.
