Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

I think there may be a way to cure the problem. But to be quite sure of my answer, first, please tell me in Reply To Expert, what maker and model your phone is.

Did you get my reply? I have an IPhone 6.
Expert:  Russell H. replied 3 months ago.

OK. An iPhone 6.

Can't call because my phone is locked.
Expert:  Russell H. replied 3 months ago.

That's a problem with Touch ID, obviously.

I'm looking up ways to deal with the problem...

Expert:  Russell H. replied 3 months ago.

If the system asked if you wanted a phone call service, ignore it. It's OK not to call....

I presume that your code is not working as well as the touch ID not working.

What message is now on the phone? is it locked, in the sense of having registered too many sign-in failures?

Try wiping off the fingerprint sensor on your iPhone.

Wipe your fingerprint fingertip also.

Then try it again, once.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
It said it needs my code which apparently the original is wrong not what I meant to type in. Now I have tried to many times and I have to wait 15 minutes to tryagain.

Two more minutes before I can try again.

I see.

What message is now on the phone (after you try your finger, after wiping sensor and fingertip) ?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I got an IPhone tech to fix the problem.
Expert:  Russell H. replied 3 months ago.

I'm glad to hear that the problem was fixed, by whatever means.
