Ok, just so I completely understand, you have forgot the 4 or 6 digit "code pattern " to get into the phone?

You can reset the account.
Start by clicking on iforgot.apple.com
Then click on "Forgot User ID" and follow the prompts.Once you have the ID you can choose a new password.Give that a try and let me know what happens.
