Hi there and welcome
To clarify, you delete all your messages from your device correct?
And what is the make and model of the device?
Which messages did you actually delete? Emails, Text?
ok, for the emails, we can check if they are still available. Tell me for which email service it is please.
For all other items, did you ever backup the Blackberry via the desktop manager on your computer?
for the emails, we can check if they are still available. Tell me for which email service it is please.
ok, the only way to restore them will be via the backup, once they are removed from the device you cannot get them back sorry.
If though it just started doing this, it points to a memory fault on the Blackberry (hardware issue).
Can you try to turn it on and tell me if it now functions please.
You cannot, it is indicative of a hardware fault on the phone.
You will need to restore the old backup you have to try to get at least this back.
Can you do this please and let me know the results.
Nyou cannot halt the command half way through, it will have to complete.
not really sure why you quit with me all of a sudden but ok... I think you got the information you were after.
yes, thats the information you now know from me and what to do to get some of it back
ok, I understand the "i can not stop the process" message as that's what I have informed you.
I am not to clear sorry what you are trying to say with the rest of your message. I can sense your becoming quite upset and hostile with me, and this seemed to happen all of a sudden, so I am not really sure why you are.... but if you need anything else, please let me know.
