Lets do this step by step. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Tap Comcast account. Tap your email next to account. This will bring some advanced settings.
What do you see there ?
Can you delete all servers from there ?
Swipe left or right over the SMTP server and do you see delete button ?
Click Add Server there. Then add with these values
Host name = smtp.comcast.net
Username = full comcast address
password = your password.
