Hi there and welcome

Can you hold the power button down for 30 seconds, than release

Than press it again and tell me if it starts please

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

The phone powers up but sticks on the Nokia Logo and doesn't boot up.

Thanks

It looks like either the Firmware is corrupted or the internal memory is damaged.

We will be able to see which by trying to reload the firmware.

To do this, please do the following

Switch the phone off.
Press and hold the Volume Down, Power and Camera buttons at the same time.
When the phone vibrates release the Power button but keep the Camera and Volume Down buttons held for a further five seconds.

Let me know if following this the phone turns on please

The internal memory is damaged. I know this as the last procedure always works regardless of the software issue, unless it is the phones memory.

I am really sorry but the only way to fix this is to take the phone back to the place of purchase and have it replaced under warranty (they cannot fix this)

I am really sorry about this, and if I can assist you with anything else, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Thank you and all the best
