Then you have to connect it to your iTunes and restore it. When it is disabled, it won't allow you to enter the passcode again.

Did you tried connecting it to your computer that you normally syncs with ?

Customer replied 282 days and 23 hours ago.

No-- it is my daughters phone and she says she cannot remeber all itunes info -- she does not want me to open it

Do you think it would help to take it to a Apple store

No, they will just restore it to factory settings. There is no way to override that screen because that is Apple's security method and that is how it works. If you have access to the Original computer that the iPhone is synced with, you can try syncing again to enable it.

If that didn't worked, then you have to restore it to factory settings.You can restore it yourself. Restore it by putting it to DFU (Device Firmware Upgrade) Mode. DFU Mode is a mode which will allow you to restore your iPhone to working condition. Put your iPhone to DFU (Device Firmware Upgrade) Mode and restore it from iTunes. Follow the steps below to put your iPhone to DFU Mode;

  • Connect the iPhone to your computer with the USB Cable.
  • Open iTunes application on your computer
  • On your iPhone Press and hold the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time.
  • After exactly 8-9 seconds release the Sleep/Wake button. Continue holding the home button until your iTunes shows a message telling you that it has detected an iPhone in recovery mode.
  • Click OK or Restore

Note : Put it to DFU Mode while connected to computer and also in DFU Mode your iPhone will remain blank. Remember, it is not easy to put it to DFU Mode. So keep trying until it goes to DFU Mode.

Let me know if that didn't worked, so we continue troubleshooting. Don't Rate my answer until you are 100% satisfied.
