Just got an I phone 4 on Monday, and for some reason, I cannot

Just got an I phone 4 on Monday, and for some reason, I cannot get any sound when I receive incoming calls. I think I have it set correctly, but still not ringing. Any ideas?

 



Already Tried:
In Settings under sound, I have tried either on or off on all settings. Also, turned the phone off and back on. Still not working.

First of all reset your phone:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least 25 seconds (until the Apple logo appears).

If that doesn't solve your problem, please check this:
Check the ringer switch on the side of the phone to make sure the phone is not set to silent or vibrate mode. Toggling this switch should give you an onscreen indicator of the ring mode. Silent mode is indicated by a bell icon with a line through it.

Already fixed it while I was waiting. The case was pushing the silent button. Thanks anyway.
