I went to the US last week and subscribe TMobile blackberry

Customer Question

I went to the US last week and subscribe TMobile blackberry services unlimited using my Blackberry Torch 9900 that I have used in Malaysia. It worked fine in the US using TMobile. But as I came back to Malaysia and installed my old blackberry SIM card I am unable to access my emails. I cannot even reconfigure it as it gives me the error "Your device had a problem connecting to the server".

I have even done a wipeout and problem still persist.

Please help as I am unable to access my emails at the moment including gmail.

Thank you

Hello,
That is happening because the BB is locked on to Tmobile US network. for it to work in Malaysia you you need to get the phone unlocked. try this website. They charge $14.99 but the unlock code works. I have used them several times.
