The glass face of my Iphone 3GS shattered and I bought a new Iphone 3GS. The store clerk did a transfer of info between the phones, but all my outlook calendar appointments and contacts did not transfer. How can I get this done? Using my computer?

Just what the store clerk did. Can I use my laptop?

Hello,

Thank you for using justanswer.com, my name is XXXXX XXXXX X will be glad to assist you with your concern today.

With the "iphones" you need to do regular backups to your computer or icloud with the newer models. You connect your phone to your computer and open itunes create a backup of the phone. Now if you have never done this with the old phone then there is no backup that you can use to this phone.

If you still have the old iphone you can connect it to your computer and create a backup, once done remove that phone and connect the new iphone once you do then right click on the phone under devices in itunes and select restore from backup, this will put all info from the old iphone onto your new iphone.
