Please reset your iphone
Press and hold Power button and home button for 12-15 seconds
Ignore the turn off message
Release the buttons when you see the apple logo appears
After the phone resets, test your apps and games again

Then please reset the settings for your phone
Note: this will reset wifi settings, language, location services
You will have to setup again
Your data will be safe.
So here are the steps
Go to Settings
Go to General
Go all the way to bottom and select Reset
Select Reset all settings (1st option)
It will take 2-3 minutes for the phone to reset

now i have a screen that says location services. what do i do?

OK I put the headset in and out and when it was in-- I could hear the sound through the headset--yeh! I didn't think of that---however.... When I take it out-- no sound still.
Please try this
put the headset in but not all the way about 1/2 way
then wiggle the head of the jack around the port's
take it out and see if you will get sound
This issue is because there is a sensor in the headset jack
ok tried that but still-- so sorry to say-- no sound.
Some how it is stuck and thinking the headset in still inside

That is not on. The speaker phone works fine-- so there is no issue with that. strange...

Oh about 2 or 3 days ago.
I think it's best to go to Apple store and get it checked
Maybe the internet speaker failed
I would say that we did most of the steps there are
