I need to know if the starter on a briggs and stratton

I need to know if the starter on a briggs and stratton engine on a craftsman lawn tractor,model no.###-##-####will come out after only removing the cowling,or is it more complicated than that?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old the engine is? And has it done anything like this in the past?

Good morning my name is ***** ***** starter removal is pretty simple in that once you remove the cowling the starter is right there. 2 bolts (sorry, not sure of the wrench size) hold the starter on. the starter isnt attached to the inside of the motor in any way

i believe the bolts may be a 10mm or 7/16 wrench
