The two wires from the stator, have to be unplugged from the regulator, and meter set on AC volts, with engine running, at least half throttle, you have to have at least 28 volts AC coming from the stator.?? No output has to be bad stator or flywheel magnets!

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
We have replaced the flywheel with a new oem flywheel and replace the stator with a new oem and no juice

You have meter on AC volts and wires are not plugged to the regulator?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
We have made these types of repairs before and always got it going but not this time
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
we are only testing the two wires from the stator

Not much to go wrong! Flywheel magnets and the stator all that make the AC volts.??? You are testing with one lead on each wire at same time?

Expert:  Curtis B. replied 3 months ago.

Test stator for continuity.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
we did that and also tested another used stator out of a non running unit
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 3 months ago.

?? Ok, was old stator or flywheel damaged?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
the flywheel was a little damaged on one of the magnets
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 3 months ago.

Did you place stator in flywheel to see if it was a good fit, close the the magnets in the new flywheel?
