3.5 hp Kawasaki Replaced all the gaskets and the diaphragm

Customer Question

3.5 hp Kawasaki Replaced all the gaskets and the diaphragm in the carb. Still won't pull fuel out of the gas tank
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: The carb mounts to the top of the fuel tank. Also replaced the little filter at the bottom of the pickup tube
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: It ran fine and then quit earlier this year. It will run with fuel squirted into the carb

Either answer me or give me my money back

I can answer you, but I need your model numbers, in order to be specific. With your model numbers, I can pull up a diagram of your carburetor.
