Alot of time the cord is breaking is because the hole that the cord goes into has a sharp edge cutting the rope

This is not the case as soon as you pull it it will pull the string from your hands and pull it till it tears it

It pulls the Rope right out of your hand? Kind of like it's building up too much compression? Can you send me the model and serial number of the unit and engine please?
