JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: replace switch) nothing. jump across the starter solenoid it starts and runs,(switch not turned on to try to start) BUT SWITH\CH CAN TURN THE ENGINE OFF.
JA: Do you have fuel in the tank? If so, is the shut-off valve open and the fuel clean?
Customer: WHEN THE ENGINE IS RUNNING ,THE BLADE CLUTCH WILNOT ENGAGE,(WHILE SITTING ON THE SEAT..SEEMS TO HAVE POWER ACROSS BOTH BIG LEADS TO THE STARTER SOLINOID ........
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: WITH ENGINE RUNNING .THE PTO LIGHT IS ON W/PTO SW. ON..
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I HAVE NO MANUALS W/THIS MOWER,OTHER THAN OPERATOR'S MANUAL.AND AS FAR AS ELECTIC CURREN GOES , I CAN CHANGE A LITE BULB...ahha

You can't start engine from key. So there is a safety switch likely keeping the circuit from being compete. Usually on zero turn there are two arm switches, on on each arm, that has to be in the neutral position before starter will work. Check each arm switch for being stuck. Use some WD40 on both switches and work the arms to free up. See if that will help

It will be safety switch, seat, or arm switch or harness to them.
