Hi my name is ***** ***** welcome to Just Answer. Did you disengage the pto ?
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
No I haven't . I am not familiar with the PTO. what & where is it? I don't know what to look for!
Expert:  Briggs-Fan replied 1 month ago.
Ok the mower died with the blades engaged , meaning it won't start if the blades are still engaged , turn the key to on and disengage the pto and see if it will then start
