Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am going to assist you with this.
Code 47 is Ignition Fault. It is set when the controller does not see a signal from the coil.
There are only a few possibilities:
1. Bad coil.
2. Bad connection on the coil enable wire.
3. Bad pin at the controller.
4. Bad controller.
Since both coils are new, it is very doubtful that they are the problem.
Unless someone has taken the connector loose from the controller, there is no way a pin can be bent.
This only leaves a bad wire, or a bad controller.
I would check the wires first. In fact, since the unit has to be completely torn down to access the wires, I would probably just replace them.
There is no real way to test the controller, other than process of elimination, and it is too expensive an item to just replace on a whim.
