what is the full model number of the mower? Some mowers us a relay between the pto switch and the electric clutch. Have you checked the electric clutch , with two wires direct from battery to be sure the ,magnet will close?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
I have put a new clutch and a new pto switch on it
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 5 months ago.

Is there a relay? If not, you have wiring probelm between switch and clutch. Do you have 12 volts to the switch?

Expert:  Curtis B. replied 5 months ago.

I see question is still open, did you find model number and check for relay?
