If you have spark, fuel and compression then the issue will be in the carb most likely.

What is the compression? What plug is in machine?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
new carb and getting gas to cylinder

original plug

100 lbs compression

100PSI and under is not good. You can also have TOP END compression, but no bottom end compression. Hold the machine by the pull rope and see if the rope will hold the machine up . basically hold it up by the rope and drop it, see if the rope will hold it up or if it falls

compression tester, rope honas what i would say is proper tension

at 100 Psi @ top end is not great. pull exhaust off and see if there are any markings on the cylinder. If saw is dropped and only held by the rope, the weight of the saw should not allow the rope to come out.
