RXV cart with electric brakes? Do yo have voltmeter to test voltage at the electric brae? Brake requires a full 48 volts to release and let cart drive. Did you charge cart last night? Did charger show to be working? Fully charged 48 volt battery pack would e close to 54 volts!
Are batteries original?
No, solenoid just common solenoid, do you hear solenoid click when pedal is pressed? If it clicks, I would be checking battery voltage. Do you have voltmeter to test with? cheap digital voltmeter, less than $10 at auto or retail store, and worth every cent on e bad battery or connection, and the electric brake will not release and cart will not drive.
