JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: Just started
JA: Do you have fuel in the tank? If so, is the shut-off valve open and the fuel clean?
Customer: Yes
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

Battery is good enough to start the engine? As the blade clutch has to have 12 volts to engage.Do you have voltmeter to see if there is 12 volts getting to the electric clutch from the switch?
