JA: Do you have fuel in the tank? If so, is the shut-off valve open and the fuel clean?
Customer: Yes, fuel, shut off open, fuel clean, water on, sprayer open
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: If I can, I'm not a mechanic but can do small repairs
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?

the relaese is attached to the cam, when pull starting

release some compression to start

well that broke of, this is common, Cam needs to be replaced , about $35-39.00

I hope this helped you

I have no idea what you just said, "How do you know the cam is BROKEN?"
Expert:  Wayne replied 3 months ago.

Hi

let me put this as clear as possible

Th e CAM is not broken, but the lever on the cam is broken

that is what release compression when cranking over

that is why you crank easy , no Plug

hard to crank with the Plug

At 6:14 you stated that "when pull starting release some compression to start well that broke of (off?) this is common, CAM needs to be replaced about $35-39" I'm not sure where you are from but you definitely said the CAM needed to be replaced
