My. 2010 troy bilt pony tractor, deck belt will not stay on pulleys after I turn-off the pto. The belt are to loose. I purchase a new belt keeper, but the belt comes off the pulley, when pto is turned off

Which belt keeper did the replace? One for your idler pulley, or for your spindle pulley? Both spindle pulley covers have to be in place, in order to keep your belt from falling off your pulley.
