See the parts link above. This is a two belt system with a variable pulley between them for speed. Are the belts tight? No damage to the belts? Tension spring in place? Variable speed pulley rotating freely? Have belts ever been replaced?

Don't know any answers just a quick look and I didn't see a drive belt got scared and turned to google
