Remove the spark plug and with it attached to the spark plug wire, and grounded to the metal of the engine, crank and watch for spark at the plug. If it has spark, put a teaspoon of fuel into the spark plug hole, reinstall the spark plug and see if it will start. If it starts and dies, the fuel is not going through the carburetor. Try draining the carburetor, seems like pressure washers always get water in the carburetor bowl!
