Hi, my name is ***** ***** me review the issue, and I will be more than happy to help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Black smoke means you are burning too rich. could be a carb issue and engine is flooding out so the RPMS will not raise. tryto manually move the GOV lever and see what engine does?

Black smoke can also mean oil is going into the cylinder. Check to make sure the choke (if it has one, is opened). If it is open, check to make sure air filter is clean and not wet.

Let me know about all of these things and we can troubleshoot from there.
