john deere 150 mower very loud after engaging blades, took belt off and spun each bearing - all seem ok, spin freely, no wobble. why all the noise?

Did you hear any bearing noise when spun by hand?

Have someone else sit on mower and engage the blades, check the idler pulley while engaged as if it loose or the belt is loose, it will make a lot of noise when spinning at that high of a RPM
