If you have fuel going to the carb, and you have spark, it sounds like the fuel is not being pulled from the carb to the cylinder. try pouring a small amount of fuel into carb or plug hole, and seeing if engine starts for a few seconds. Let me know the outcome, and we can troubleshoot from there.
If it does, you either have a bad fuel solenoid (which we can check) or you have a clogged carb jet and the carb will need to be removed and cleaned
okay. When you turn the key the first turn, can you hear a clicking noise?
You have a fuel solenoid on the carb (hold s the bowl on) You can listen for a click, or touch the solenoid when key is turned, can you feel or hear anything when key turned?
You can also remove it while hooked up, and see if the plunger is being pulled down when key turned
If you hear the clicking or see the plunger coming down when key is turned. the carb will need to be removed and cleaned as there is a clogged jet internally
Let me know what happens and we can continue troubleshooting if needed.
