The anti siphon loop needs to be hose that is 1" ID.

It starts at the nipple on the heat exchanger, and goes up. If the genset is mounted above the water line, the loop needs to extend 12" above the exhaust elbow nipple flange (not the nipple itself).

If the genset is mounted below the water line, the top of the loop needs to extend 12" above the water line.

The termination end of the loop attaches to the nipple on the top of the exhaust elbow.

Remember, the anti siphon loop also helps cool the exhaust, so it needs to be as close to the engine as possible.

I have uploaded drawings of this for you.
