I have a Husqvarna YTH 22V46 and the parking brake as well

I have a Husqvarna YTH 22V46 and the parking brake as well as forward and reverse pedals are stuck in place, tractor will not move

Brake is internal to the transmission. All you can do is go direct to the transmission, and remove the linkage from the brake , and see if you can move the lever directly. If brake will not freeup, and is likley the brake keeping the f/r from working, the transmission has to be removed and repaired. See transmission link below.
