Customer Question

I have a generac 2700 PSI pressure washer than hasn't been used in over a year. I can only pull the starter cord so far. The crank seems to be stuck.
JA: What's the make and model of the pressure washer? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: The make is Generac. I would have to look for the model number. It's about three years old.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: It depends on how complicated it will be.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Not that I can think of, except that there had been fuel in the tank, which I emptied and refilled.

I removed the spark plug, but it didn't help. The crankshaft won't move.

With pressure washer, it can be the engine or the pump. You need to separate them and see which is locked!
